FUNCTIONS OF THE DIVISION

  • Coordinate all policy implementation and activities of the division at the national and regional levels.
  • Provide inputs for the formulation and review of policies.
  • Ensure the effective and efficient management of the human, material, and financial resources of the division.
  • Exercise oversight responsibility for the efficient and effective management of the material resources of the Service.
  • Coordinate plans to ensure the availability of resources to support the activities of the Service.
  • Ensure the development and implementation of guidelines for the management, transport, logistics and the provision of other critical and essential Services.
  • Ensure the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programmes and activities of the Division.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, workshops, and seminars for the Service.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Service.
  • Ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with the Service’s policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the development, review, maintenance and implementation of administrative policies, systems, and manuals for the Service.
