About This Recruitment

The Ghana TVET Service wishes to inform the general public that, following financial clearance granted to the Service by the Ministry of Finance, applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified Ghanaians for recruitment into the 2026 intake. Recruitment commences on Friday, 8th May 2026 and closes on Friday, 22nd May 2026.

Teaching Staff Positions

Senior Tutor / Facilitator
  • Minimum of a Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Education, Social Sciences or any other related field from an accredited tertiary institution.
  • Minimum of one (1) year post-Bachelor's qualification with relevant working experience in a reputable organization.
  • Must have a professional qualification in Education.
  • Must have completed National Service.
  • Competency Based Training (CBT) qualification would be an added advantage.
  • Must pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the TVET Service in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.
Tutor
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering or any other related fields from an accredited tertiary institution.
  • Must have a professional qualification in Education.
  • Must have completed National Service.
  • Must pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the TVET Service in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.

Non-Teaching Staff Positions

Manager — Administrative Class
  • Minimum of a Master's degree in Education, Engineering and Construction, Technical and Vocational Education, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Science disciplines or any other related field from an accredited tertiary institution.
  • Must have a professional qualification in Education.
  • Minimum of one (1) year post-Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience in a reputable organization.
  • Must have completed National Service.
  • Must pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the TVET Service in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.
Assistant Manager — Administrative Class
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Engineering and Construction, Technical and Vocational Education, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Science disciplines or any other related field from an accredited tertiary institution.
  • Must have completed National Service.
  • Must pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the TVET Service in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.
Senior Assistant — Administrative Class
  • Higher National Diploma (HND) or a Tertiary Diploma in Technology, Engineering or any other related field from an accredited tertiary institution.
  • Must have completed National Service.
  • Must pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the TVET Service in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.
Matron
  • Minimum of a Master's degree from an accredited tertiary institution in Catering & Hospitality Management, Home Economics, Nutrition & Food Science or any other related field.
  • Minimum of one (1) year post-Bachelor's degree relevant work experience in a reputable organization.
  • Must have completed National Service.
  • Must pass an interview conducted by the Service in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.
Assistant Matron
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited tertiary institution in Catering & Hospitality Management, Home Economics, Nutrition & Food Science or any other related field.
  • Must have completed National Service.
  • Must pass an interview conducted by the Service in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.
Senior Assistant, Catering
  • Minimum of an HND or University Diploma from an accredited tertiary institution in Hotel, Catering & Hospitality Management, Home Economics, or any other related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years working experience in a reputable organization.
  • Must have completed National Service.
  • Must pass an interview conducted by the Service in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.
Catering Assistant I
  • Minimum of a Catering Advance Certificate or its equivalent from an accredited institution in Catering or any other related field.
  • Minimum of six (6) years post-qualification experience.
  • Must pass an interview conducted by the Service in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.
Catering Assistant II
  • Minimum of a Catering Advance Certificate or its equivalent from an accredited institution in Catering or any other related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years post-qualification experience.
  • Must pass an interview conducted by the Service in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.
Catering Assistant III
  • Minimum of a City & Guilds / NVTI Certificate or its equivalent from an accredited institution in Catering or any other related field.
  • Must pass an interview conducted by the Service in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.
Security Guard I
  • Minimum of SSSCE / WASSCE.
  • Must be physically strong.
  • Minimum of six (6) years relevant work experience.
  • Must pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the TVET Service in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.
Security Guard II
  • Minimum of SSSCE / WASSCE.
  • Minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience.
  • Must be physically fit.
  • Must pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the TVET Service in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.
Security Guard III
  • Minimum of SSSCE / WASSCE.
  • Must be physically fit.
  • Must pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the TVET Service in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.
Security Guard IV
  • Minimum of BECE.
  • Must be physically fit.
  • Must pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the TVET Service in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.
Driver Grade I
  • Minimum of WASSCE / SSSCE.
  • A professional level qualification or industry skill-based certification in auto-mechanics.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • A valid driver's license with "A" class would be an advantage (for Dispatch Rider).
  • Minimum of six (6) years post-license relevant work experience.
  • Must pass an interview conducted by the Service in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.
Driver Grade II

  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Labourer I / Cleaner I
  • Minimum of SSSCE / WASSCE qualification.
  • Minimum of three (3) years working experience.
  • Must pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the TVET Service in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.
Labourer II / Cleaner II
  • Minimum of SSSCE / WASSCE qualification.
  • Must pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the TVET Service in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Possess relevant academic and professional qualifications.
  • Be willing to work in any part of the country.
